How I do it

In case you want to know…

I began photography with a mini pentax 110 format with interchangeable lenses. From there I graduated to a Minolta 35mm SLR which I actively used for almost 25 years. for several years  the Canon XS3 Rebel DSLR was my camera of choice until I found mirrorless. The Sony a6000 gave me more options than the Canon did with less weight and higher resolution. The body is lightweight, lenses are readily available and so far it fits my needs. I also purchased an adapter so I could use my Canon lenses as well.

Today, I have upgraded to the Sony a7iii.  I shoot entirely in RAW and edit with Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Skylum Aurora and Topaz Adjust. My focus has always been on architectural details and travel subjects, but once in awhile I venture into theatrical productions and real people.
